GODFATHERS of punk Sham 69 return to The Box for another barnstorming show in 2012.
Specialists in raging guitars and anthemia political lyricism, the voice of the people are back on Saturday, March 10.
Originally from Hersham, the band were a huge musical and lyrical influence on the Oi! and streetpunk genres of the 1970's.
They produced a stream of catchy, populist, short and sweet punk tunes that include the likes of If The Kids Are United, Hurry Up Harry, Angels With Dirty Faces and Hersham Boys that all made the British charts.
Still touring, still doing the clammy clubs and the freezing festivals and enjoying it more than ever, Sham promise another mental night.
Expect all the classics along with tracks from new album Who Killed Joe Public?
